At Eishaz, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all items before dispatch to ensure quality and authenticity.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Sale or discounted items

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered by Eishaz.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
