  • We currently offer nationwide shipping within Pakistan.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days within the province (Sindh) and 3–10 business days in other states of Pakistan, depending on your location. 

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure availability at the provided contact number to avoid delivery delays or cancellation.

Delivery Issues

  • Eishaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos so we can assist you promptly.
